Berrywhite was founded by Andrew Jennings in 2011 based on the ethos of ‘tastes good, good for you, and good for others’. Goodness shared! With the help of a flavour house, he designed the four Berrywhite flavours, combining superfruits, known fruits, and healthy extracts. The drinks are designed to be light and refreshing so that they can be drunk alongside food, but still be flavoursome as a thirst quencher when consumed on their own. Acknowledging the trend for healthier options, Berrywhite drinks are organic, have no added sugar, and nothing artificial. Each drink has approximately 50% fruit juice content providing natural flavour. For every bottle purchased Berrywhite makes a donation to charity: www.berrywhitefoundation.org .
“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” - Hippocrates
We're all uber grumpy if we don't have a decent brekkie in the morning. Scrambling to get hold of a clean bowl and cutlery never ends in anything but loading your body with processed food and artifical sugar. That's why Breakfast by Bella was
born. Their granola has been created to give you the healthy, nutritional and
home-baked start to the morning you have been searching for. They have
worked tirelessly to create a granola that is refined sugar free, vegan
and made with gluten free and organic ingredients, containing none of
the nasties associated with artificial preservatives and colourings. They believe what you eat shouldn’t be a diet or a worry, but a
lifestyle. As common medical conditions including stress, irritable
bowel syndrome, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome (just to name a
few) become more recognised, they truly believe food can be your medicine.
Happy healthy eating!

ChicP is a raw vegetable hummus company producing delicious alternative dips, founded on a passionate commitment to reducing food waste.
Founded by Hannah McCollum, ChicP was set up to bring healthy, colourful dips to the food market. A hummus lover, tired of bland and unhealthy options, Hannah decided to combine her creative cooking and eagerness to help prevent food waste, into healthy, punchy vegetable hummus from surplus vegetables.
Over the last five years, Hannah has cooked for families in the UK and all over Europe, predominantly as a private chef. She would often convert the leftover Ottolenghi type salads into dips for the next meal. Nearly every day the question would be “what’s the dip of the day Hannah”?!
The inspiration behind ChicP was the overriding determination and passion to change the way we approach cooking and food waste.

Cocoa Delicious was founded in 2013 by Laura Cotton with the goal: "To provide the hot cocoa enthusiast with the ultimate hot chocolate experience". With a love for all things hot chocolate, Laura wanted to develop a brand a little bit different to what was already available; something that was unique, luxurious, and dedicated to a deliciously indulgent high - end chocolate spoon which oozed sophistication. After extensive market research, and countless hours becoming a self-taught chocolatier, Laura began developing a hot chocolate stirrer brand with a twist; a product which not only tasted delicious, but looked the part too. A combination of exquisite flavour and beautful designs, which would be an elegant and sophisticated talking point at a dinner party, or equally well enjoyed curled up in front of a roaring fire under your favourite blanket. The Cocoa Delicious Signature hot chocolate stirrer was born along with the Boozy Tipple Collection - an added indulgent variation on the classic, developed... More
Our brand was born out of our mum's excellent cooking. Her nickname is Dips by the way which is where the name comes from. After several years of taking her sauces, chutneys and dips to friend's houses as gifts and finding out that they were being hidden from guests so that they did not run out by the next visit inspiration hit and Dips' was born.

As a doctor (Will) and a restauranteur (Josh), they found the sauces on the shelves just weren’t doing it for them. So they decided to come up with their own.
They started cooking. Experimenting with all things natural, good and tasty. They began by cutting out all refined sugar – the only sugar in the sauce coming from fruits.
In fact, for them, this quickly became about something more than sugar. They wanted to create foods that taste amazing, don’t do you any harm, and look awesome too!
Before long they had a great tasting range of sauces, which they tested at Will’s wedding and Josh’s restaurant. Luckily, everyone raved about them.
With all this love for the sauce they thought it might be nice to share it, so Dr Will’s was formed. A healthy sauce company, determined to add a healthy dose of flavour to plates all over the world.
As the name suggest, at Go Spices they love spices and it was during Carol and Derek's travels through South Asia and South America that they realised the spices and spice blends available at home lack much of the flavour and aroma of those they had experienced in those countries where spice freshness is the norm. They began to investigate and found that by sourcing the finest quality whole spices and grinding and blending them in-house, we could create mixes that bring dishes to life and add a level of authenticity to cuisines from all around the world.
Having enjoyed using our own spices and blends at home we thought it would be a great idea to offer the delights of quality, flavoursome spice mixes to others and Go Spice was born. We have developed some of our favourite mixes using dozens of varieties of whole spices which we grind and blend by hand and pack ourselves.
Carol and Derek then considered the packaging and decided upon jars designed for ease of use in the kitchen. Their stylish, wide... More

He was the first person in India to establish vetivers cultivation on a commercial basis – and therefore became the pioneer in the Indian essential oils industry. From there, the business expanded into other essential oils, and spice concentrate extraction. For as long as he can remember, D.V.’s youngest son Vijay was fascinated by the world of essential oils and perfumery, and became involved in the family business at a very young age. Vijay always wanted to create a range of products that were pure, natural, ethical and sustainable. In 2000, having gained 40 years of experience in the essential oils industry, he realized his vision through the creation of a range of natural body care products. He also expanded the existing range of spice extracts – then called ‘Masala Drops’ in India.

Next Step’s founder, spent his previous career in landscape architecture, variously winning awards for innovation in environmental regeneration and flood management.
Tony realised insects were the future after hearing about, “ Agriprotein ”, a South African company processing organic waste into high-protein animal feed…using flies! Innovative, smart and sustainable. It seemed this was going to be the kind of clever thinking needed to help overcome the global challenges of rising demand and decreasing capacity for farming. After reading The United Nations report ‘ Edible insects: Future prospects for food and food security ’, he knew entomorphagy (eating insects) was the way forward. And ta-da!... More

Kirkjuvagr means “Church Bay” in Old Norse. Back when Orkney was emerging as a seat of power in the Viking Empire, the Norsemen would sail their longships into Kirkjuvagr, which over the centuries grew into our islands’ capital, Kirkwall. In name, Kirkjuvagr Orkney Gin reflects the rich history of our islands and the boldness of those ancient seafarers. In character though, it’s utterly contemporary and has been crafted with the modern, discerning gin enthusiast in mind. It is, quite simply, unmistakably Orcadian.

Today they are a small, British, craft wine business, with our first 20,000 bottles having just come out of production.

teatime has evolved from a need.
Before "escaping the city", founder Ruby noticed how often her colleagues would grab a tea or coffee during the working day. Caffeine consumption was not just limited to the mornings but lunch, afternoon and sometimes the evenings too! Her colleagues would complain about the level of their daily caffeine intake and being a bit of a self-proclaimed tea connoisseur, Ruby began blending and preparing lots of little tea parcels with mini brewing guides explaining health benefits of each brew. Her colleagues absolutely loved this idea and it was then that Ruby realised this could be beneficial to many busy health-conscious individuals.
