Along with all our Vendors, we are are committed to ensuring our customers are completely happy with their purchases.
As a customer, you are entitled to return any product that fails to meet specifications or is unfit for consumption. You have 14 days in which to notify the Vendor of your request to cancel the order, starting the day after the goods have been received.
Please note that it is not possible to return baby food and milk, or frozen, or perishable items including food, custom-made food or drinks unless they are faulty. As we are a food and drink marketplace, you will many of the items are unable to be returned, however please get in touch and we will do our best to ensure you remain a satisfied customer!
To return an item or arrange an exchange:
- email email@example.com with the details of your order, including the order number, name of product and date purchased. Please give a clear reason for the return and please do not discard or destroy any product until you have spoken or exchanged communication with the Vendor.
- Noshpod will notify the Vendor of your request and the Vendor will be in touch to either confirm a refund or return, or to seek further information from you.
- If a refund or exchange is required, please package the product up (we recommend you do not discard the original delivery packaging ) and return to the Vendor. Unless the product is faulty, you will need to cover the cost of the return.
